About This Tool: Power mapping helps you visualize the relationships, influence, and decision-making authority within your partnership or organization. By identifying who holds power and how it flows, you can work toward more equitable structures.
How to Use:
- Click "Add Stakeholder" to list everyone involved in your partnership
- Fill in their name, role, and assess their power level (1-5 scale)
- Add notes about their influence and relationships
- Review the map to identify power imbalances and opportunities for sharing
- Your progress is automatically saved as you work
Tip: Be honest in your assessment. This tool is most valuable when it reflects reality, not aspirations.
