RACI Best Practices
- • Each task should have exactly one Accountable person (not multiple)
- • Each task should have at least one Responsible person to do the work
- • Consult people with lived experience before making decisions
- • Inform all stakeholders about progress and outcomes
- • Consider power dynamics - who has final decision-making authority?
